my well balanced breakfast consist of enriching flour (wheat flour, reduced iron, niacin, thamin, mononitrate [vitamin b1], riboflavin [vitamin b2], folic acid, sugar, soybean oil with tbhq for freshness, cornstarch, high frutose corn sryup contains 2% or less salt, baking soda, soy lecithin, whey my last two favorites: natural flavor and spice (the vague description keeps me guessing with each animal).

the young minds shake off yesterday's dreams
and the slumber of emerging hopes.

to cleanse the system of the previous day's mischeif.
light beams down exposing any trace of darkness
