The United States may not have the most admiral history, but we can't just make as it never happened by sugar coating the facts to erase the many injustices that have caused particular groups of people to suffer centuries, decades and years.
Arizona doesn't want to make children to feel like white people were oppressors since the beginning of the start of the nation, but it is true. The Natives suffered, Blacks suffered, Latinos suffered and people suffer each day, but in order to overcome and not repeat the mistakes we must learn, forgive and move foward.
Taking away children's rights to know the truth is not tha answer.
