work-out plan!


today was day two of the five week workout plan.

and it was much harder than the first time.

as in i didn't even complete it all. ugh!



in middle school (ages ago)

i ran track. (100/4by1/4by2. long jump/triple jump/high jump)

volleyball

cheerleading

cross country



then high school

(we had zero sports)

but i got to go back to gymnastics (which i've done since i was 5)


college

(nada)

laziness. studying. work


like it's hard. i hate working out. i like to eat what i want. when i want. and as much as i want.

but i can't.

i have to think of my health longterm.

cause if my metabolism slows down I AM SCREWED
